purpose

The GSY integrated three cable grid cleaning machine has a large capacity and traction force, and can be widely used to intercept coarse suspended solids in tap water, rainwater pumping stations, power plant cooling water intakes, urban sewage treatment plants, and industrial wastewater. It is an ideal large-scale water source pretreatment equipment.

Working principle

It is mainly composed of grating, rake bucket, active steel wire rope, differential steel wire rope, main transmission mechanism and differential mechanism. Under the command of the electrical control system, the main and differential mechanisms of the rake bucket automatically alternate and reciprocate, automatically removing debris from the water in the inlet channel.

Automatic control of rake bucket movement, programmable controller and liquid level difference control can be used according to user requirements;
