Working principle

The mesh plate chain is assembled from mesh plates and traction chains. During operation, some fiber debris adheres to the mesh plate by hydraulic force, and block and granular garbage accumulates on the steps. When the mesh plate is lifted, it continuously separates and treats the garbage from the water; The high-efficiency cleaning brush set at the rear brushes the vast majority of debris into the conveyor and flushes the mesh surface through an automatic flushing device to regenerate the mesh holes.
