Working principle
The sand water mixture is input into the water tank from the top of one end of the separator. The heavier particles in the mixture, such as sand particles, will settle at the bottom of the groove. Under the push of the spiral blades, the sand particles are lifted along the inclined U-shaped groove bottom and continue to move a certain distance away from the liquid surface. After the sand particles are fully dehydrated, they are discharged into the sand bucket through the sand discharge port, and the water separated from the sand is discharged from the overflow port to achieve the separation purpose.
In addition, a cylindrical cyclone pre separator can be installed at the inlet of the sand water separator. Sewage enters along the tangent direction of the cylinder, generating vortices to cause sand particles to settle and enter the spiral separator. The overflow liquid returns to the sedimentation tank or grid shed well, playing a role in pre settling sand and adjusting water volume, ensuring the separation effect of the spiral sand water separator.
