Mainly used to scrape the settled sand from the horizontal flow sedimentation tank to the outside of the tank.

Working principle

The chain type sand scraper is mainly composed of a chain, scraper, transmission device, sand discharge cylinder, frame, and guide rail. Use the scraper on the rotating chain to scrape the sand at the bottom of the sedimentation tank out of the tank. The discharged sand has a low moisture content and can be directly transported without further sand water separation.
