Working principle

The KBS adjustable flexible tube type decanter connects the T-shaped drainage system with the water collection system through a flexible corrugated pipe. The water collection system consists of a float and an inlet head. Due to the buoyancy of the float, the inlet head of the decanter can change with the water surface, ensuring that floating debris on the water surface does not enter the drainage pipe during drainage; The water inlet head is composed of a cylinder, a gate, a crankshaft, etc. When starting to discharge water, compressed air is introduced into the cylinder, and the pneumatic piston in the cylinder drives the crankshaft to open the gate. The floating water inlet head starts to discharge water. When stopping the discharge, only the air in the gas hose needs to be discharged, and the gate is closed through the crankshaft. When the decanter is not working, the gate is in a normally closed state. This decanter can also be used in conjunction with other devices to achieve automatic control of the sewage plant. The main body of the decanter is made of stainless steel material, and the connecting pipe is a high-strength rubber pipe.
