purpose

Widely used in circular sedimentation tanks for sludge discharge in water supply and drainage engineering.

Working principle

The peripheral driving device drives the working bridge to slowly rotate along the platform around the pool. The scraper arm set at the lower part of the bridge drives the scraper to scrape the sludge around the pool towards the central mud collection pit. The upper floating slag is scraped into the slag hopper and discharged outside the pool through the slag scattering mechanism.

Working characteristics

The scraper arm adopts an automatic lifting scraper with the ability to scrape mud. It has an automatic adjustment function when the sludge accumulates too thick or encounters obstacles at the bottom of the pool, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
