Working principle

The principle of the semi diffuse rotary disc microfiltration device is to operate according to the drum filtration method, and the filter is installed horizontally in a series. Composed of a rotatable filter disc, the disc is installed on the central pipe shaft, with a water bubble volume of up to 60%. Sewage flows through the stainless steel mesh from the inside out, and filtered clean water flows out from the end of the machine. As the filtration time prolongs, the sieve will be covered by suspended solids that are trapped, resulting in an increase in filtration pressure difference. When the pre-set pressure difference is reached, the turntable begins to slowly rotate. The flushing rod cleans the suspended solids on the filtering surface rhythmically, and the flushing water flow dissolves the suspended solids. The backwash water is discharged from the box through the thick slurry hopper installed inside the equipment. During the cleaning process, the filtration of sewage is continuous and uninterrupted.
